These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, iamwunder.com (the "Site"), and the purchase of our products. By accessing the Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

OUR PRODUCTS

All WUNDER soaps are meticulously handmade. Due to the nature of our craft, each bar is unique. Please allow for slight variations in colour, design, shape, and weight from the product images on our website. This is the beauty of a truly handmade item!

We use high-quality, skin-loving ingredients. However, we recommend performing a patch test before using any new product, especially if you have sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without prior notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through the secure payment gateways provided on our website.

ORDERS

When you place an order on our Site, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not constitute a legal acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe there is a fault with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@iamwunder.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
