It happens… you flop into bed a couple of hours later than you should, recommended sleep hours reduced, the skincare regime didn’t get a look in, healthy eating plan lost out to a conveniently delivered take out and you woke the next morning wondering if yesterdays mascara can be fashioned into a smokey eye for your first zoom meeting of the day. I get it! I really do, some days are better than others, some of the best laid plans fall into a pit never to see the light of day. PLEASE DO NOT DESPAIR. We can all too easily sink into a state of beauty failure. Do what you can when you can.


SPF sun cream for your face - sure, but honestly I haven’t found a face cream that my face loves. It's worth while researching and trialing SPF for your face just like us they are all different and just because it works for a friend doesn't mean it going to be great on your skin.


MOISTURISE whether its a cream or a face oil, I use a face oil and it works for me. Jojoba as a base with additional plant oils like Rosehip or Kawakawa for targeted benefits. As I’m a woman with no longer 20 year old skin I’m swearing by Abyssinian oil. It really does help fine lines and gives a smoother complexion.


CLEANSE use a konjac sponge everyday (or when you can) for gentle exfoliation. Add a small amount of cleanser to your sponge, gently rub and rinse, apply a couple of drops of face oil to your face and you are good to go - probably to bed you deserve an early night.
